Think positive, positive things will happen. Think negative, negative things will happen. It is that simple! The Law of Attraction is truly incredible. About four years ago, I first heard about it and started to implement the concept into my everyday life. The Law of Attraction is the philosophy of positive or negative thinking and the type of energy your thinking attracts. For example, if you think that you are not good enough for a promotion than you will attract negative energy towards that idea. However, if you believe in yourself and that you deserve to receive that promotion then you are attracting positive energy towards your belief.
Does this really work? It absolutely works! If there are specific things that you want to accomplish in your life such as finding a better paying job, falling in love, or just doing well in school than the first step is thinking that you can do it. The main thing to understand about Law of Attraction is that it is not only thinking positively, but also creating a belief system for yourself that you follow on a daily basis.
Here is a simple breakdown on setting yourself up for success.
Identify what you really want to change in your life.
Make a list of the goals that you want to reach.
Describe in detail what you want to change. Be specific!
Think about why this is so important to you in your life now.
Close your eyes and envision yourself reaching each goal.
Implement daily positive thoughts towards accomplishing each goal.
Lastly, do not put a time frame on your goals!
If you follow these simple steps and believe in the process you will definitely reach your goals. I found it helpful to envision myself reaching my goals each day! I would find time everyday to close my eyes and immerse myself into where I wanted to be. Some people might consider that daydreaming, but if it is something you strongly believe in then it does not matter what others call it. This is why it is important to stress that the Law of Attraction is not simply about daydreaming, but rather a strong belief system that is individualized.
There are some things you should keep in mind. It is important to set realistic goals. For example, “I want a millionaire dollars in six months” might not be that realistic. Not to say that it is not possible but if you are unemployed and you set that as your goal it might not come into fruition. That is why I mentioned not setting a time frame on your goals because it might take time. Believe in yourself and anything is possible.
“Appreciation and love, and alignment to that which is Source, is the ultimate “giving back,” so to speak, for in your pain or struggle, you have nothing to give back. What you are living is always an exact replication of your vibrational patterns of thought. Nothing could be more fair than life as you are living it, for as you are thinking, you are vibrating, and as you are vibrating, you are attracting—and so you are always getting back the essence of what you are giving.”
